Chanda Mills Crutcher

Pastor Chanda Mills Crutcher is the President and CEO of the American Senior Assistance Program, Inc. (ASAP). She began her career as a certified nursing assistant in Louisiana and continued working in nursing homes to help pay her way through college. In 2004, she founded the American Senior Assistance Program whose primary focus is to provide services to the aging disabled adults and children in regards to transitioning and finishing well.

In 2014, Chanda became an ordained minister. In 2018 founded the Legacy Center, which helps aging adults continue to live life with independent purpose and provides comprehensive support for caregivers. Not only is the Legacy Center the first facility of its kind in the state of Alabama, but Chanda is the first certified geriatric care manager in the state.

With over 25 years of professional experience in the geriatric care industry, Chanda shows no signs of slowing down. As a wife and mother of seven children and three grandchildren, she’s always up for a challenge. She currently serves on the Governor’s task force for Alzheimer’s and health literacy, and is an executive council member with AARP, an advocate for seniors and their caregivers. Chanda shares her expertise with thousands annually from the White House to rural communities all over the world.

While working for a large long-term care provider, Chanda Mills Crutcher was disappointed by the gap in services that were offered to older and disabled adults. She later resigned and started the American Senior Assistance Program (ASAP) through which she now provides transformational life opportunities for the elderly. 

In addition, Chanda’s great desire to help other people has driven her to be of service to her community. She recently distributed over 60,000 pounds of food in her community as her way of helping out in the midst of the current COVID-19 health crisis

[Women Presidents Organization Series] Make it yours!

Zoey Mann is a fourth generation jeweler and President of Fox’s Seattle. She graduated from Whitman college with a Degree in Theater and Elementary Education and joined the family business full time after earning her Degree in 2003. After working in Fox’s Seattle for 10 years, Zoey took over as the majority shareholder and President in 2013. She’s a member of Seattle Executives Association, and the Women Presidents’ Organization. She was also on the board of the Seattle Children’s Theatre for 14 years.

On a personal note, Zoey and her husband, Jordan, have three kids aged 3 to 11. She has been through a lot in the last few years, having battled BRCA1 genetic mutation after finding out that she was a carrier of the gene when she was 36 and her youngest was only nine months old. She had a preventative oophorectomy and hysterectomy four months later, and a radical breast reduction after a year. In March 2020, she had a preventative double mastectomy with her husband by her side. When she woke up, guests were no longer allowed and non essential surgeries were cancelled as an effect of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jaci Russo is a brand strategist, author, podcast and radio host, and the co-founder & CEO of brandRUSSO, a strategic branding agency. Erin Branche is a lifestyle expert who has merged her background in luxury hospitality with her passion for makeup into a successful lash and beauty brand. She is the Founder and CEO of Lash Bash and has a passion for lashes, beauty, and the latest trends. Lash Bash opened its first location in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square in 2015.

Erin Branche graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006 with a B.A. in Communications and a post-graduate diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management from École Hôtelière de Lausanne. She is a licensed aesthetician and a graduate of Esthiology from the Jean Madeline Institute of Philadelphia. She is certified in both classic and Russian volume lash extensions. Erin also recently completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses incubator program.

Erin is active in her community and is passionate about the arts. She serves on the executive board of the Young Friends of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

[10KSB] Let’s Get Chocolate Wasted!

Sarahbeth Yeli Marshall is the Founder and Chief Chocolate Officer of Yelibelly Chocolates. She started her career as a registered dietician with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Science, and worked for 15 years in the food service industry before falling into the dark side of chocolate. 

Yeli has been studying and performing the art of Middle Eastern belly dancing since 1999, and on one of her travels to Italy, she discovered flavor-infused chocolates. She brought back that inspiration and started making her own chocolates in 2007 and since then, she has worked at perfecting various flavors to entice her family and friends. 

Yeli started selling her chocolates around the Metroplex and at a dance studio where she taught belly dancing. After searching for a name that truly told the story about her chocolates, a friend suggested melding her name and her passion for dance, thus Yelibelly Chocolates was born. Yeli still performs from time to time around the Dallas area, and she also teaches nutrition and healthy cooking classes.
