Lauren Reed

Lauren Reed is the Founder and President of Reed Public Relations. She earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) designation in 2010 and has been a long-standing member of the Public Relations Society of America, serving as President of the Nashville chapter in 2017.

Lauren is a member of the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) and serves on the board of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). She has been named to the Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and its list of Most Admired CEOs in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. She also received a Nashville Emerging Leader Award from the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Lauren was named to the Nashville Post’s In Charge list and has been featured in publications such as StyleBlueprint, Bizwomen, and The New York Times. She is a mother of three, one of whom is a three-month old baby.

Susan Drumm is the Founder and CEO of Meritage Leadership, a leadership consulting firm built on the principle that people are the most important asset of any business. Susan is an advisor and leadership coach focused on helping leaders and their teams develop the capacity and mindsets to lead in today’s disruptive environment. She has been running the boutique consulting firm since 2006 and has graduate degrees from Harvard Law School, Carnegie Mellon University, and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. 

In 2021, Susan launched a YouTube channel and podcast called The Enlightened Executive, where she spotlights groundbreaking techniques and strategies to help executives and entrepreneurs get the edge in personal and leadership effectiveness. Joyce Shulman

Joyce Shulman is the Co-founder and CEO of 99 Walks and Jetti Fitness, two wellness and walking lifestyle brands on a mission to forge connections and get a million women walking their way to better. Throughout her personal and professional life, Joyce’s regular walking practice has been her key to managing stress, fueling creativity, and maintaining her health. After discovering that the research bears out all that she knew instinctively, she and her husband, Eric Cohen, founded 99 Walks and Jetti Fitness to help women experience what recent studies have shown: walking can improve decision-making and executive function, combat depression, increase creativity, and literally add years to one’s life.

In addition to being the “Pack Leader” at 99 Walks and Jetti Fitness, Joyce is the Author of Walk Your Way to Better: 99 Walks That Will Change Your Life. She’s also a TEDx speaker, podcaster, and consultant for companies and women’s groups, where she shares her expertise about the power of authentic communities and the transformative impact of a consistent, intentional walking practice.

Joyce received her bachelor’s in business management from the University of Maryland and her JD from St. John’s University School of Law. After law school, she spent more than a dozen years as a New York City lawyer before trading her legal career for an entrepreneurial journey focused on what mattered to her most: family, community, and empowering women to get healthy, happy, and chase their dreams. [The Men Who Support the Women] You are Good Enough

Warren Rustand

Warren Rustand is a husband, father, grandfather, entrepreneur, corporate leader, educator, speaker, and philanthropist. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Arizona where he was an Academic All-American basketball player.

In 1973, Warren was selected as a White House fellow through a nationally competitive process. He was appointed as a Special Assistant to the Secretary of Commerce, where he co-led the first-ever Executive Level Trade Mission to the Soviet Union. He then became Special Assistant to then-Vice President Gerald Ford. In 1974, when the vice president became president, he asked Warren to serve as his Appointments Secretary and Cabinet Secretary.

Following his time in public service, Warren entered the private sector again as an entrepreneur. He subsequently was CEO of 10 companies and chairman of many others. He has served on the board of directors of 50 for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Warren was Global Chair of the World Presidents Organization and is the current Dean of Learning for the EO Global Leadership Academy, in addition to all Regional Leadership Academies.

Warren is a well-known speaker on topics of leadership, personal development, strategy, scaling businesses, entrepreneurship, and family. He is a tireless advocate for entrepreneurs and leaders, and he is a source of inspiration and support for female leaders worldwide.
