For each industry, she utilizes events, press, and analysts with customers and partners across the globe to manage marketing engagements and initiate industry solutions. Kati has over 30 years of experience in leadership and marketing and is passionate about empowering women to be future leaders.

Prior to her career at Microsoft, Kati spent over a decade in the Washington, DC area as a Director of Marketing and Professional Development for various trade associations. She’s active in speaking at professional conferences on topics ranging from marketing to leadership to women in tech. Kati is a lifelong sports enthusiast, trail runner, and golfer, and she loves leading an active lifestyle in the Pacific Northwest.
