Cathey Kuo
Catherine “Cathey” Kuo is a real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur with over 12 years experience in commercial real estate leasing & sales, asset management, real estate investing, and 1031 exchanges as well as business development and strategy.
As a business owner and investor, Cathey has an intuitive understanding of the real estate needs of clients she serves and an immense desire to help others fulfill their dreams of entrepreneurship and building generational wealth.
As the child of first-generation immigrants, Cathey is a living example of the American Dream and began her career in real estate working alongside her mother since she was in high school. This early start provided her with a visceral understanding of the industry as she began to analyze and help underwrite investment opportunities as well as translate contracts for her mother since she was a teenager.
In addition to brokering commercial real estate deals, Cathey is the Broker and a License Partner of Engel & Volkers Las Vegas and a writer for the Forbes Business Council. When she is not working, she is active in the Las Vegas community and loves supporting local business & charity organizations. On a personal level, Cathey is passionate about food, fitness, and travel.
