Applying to be a speaker for a conference or organization:
- 300-400 word biography, written in the third person
- High-resolution headshot: 300 dpi or larger, jpg is the preferred format that we see most often
- Speech Title & Synopsis, make sure to include 3 things that the audience will take away from your talk (learning outcomes)
- Speaker Reel (60-90 sec video that showcases you as a speaker, quotes from attendees, and contact information)
- Speaker One-Page that details who you are, what you speak about, and why you should be hired
- A list of past clients and events where you have given talks/presentations/workshops/keynotes
- Your area of expertise – specific is better than general
- A description of your ideal audience
